The Hive Blackburn & Darwen 2023 Business Awards are back for an incredible 9th year! The only awards in the borough that really shine a light and celebrate all the outstanding work of businesses from different sectors and of course, those inspirational individuals from across the region too. 

The awards, now in their  9th year will champion, toast and reward the best achievements of those incredible businesses across Blackburn and Darwen. With a whole host of awards up for grabs, there are categories covering all sectors and in all areas of business so there really is something for everyone to strive for!

The awards celebrate the brightest and best in the region, and Hive is expecting to see a record-breaking raft of entries from local companies this year building on the success of the 2022 awards which were our best yet! They really are a showcase of the very best in the borough that puts a spotlight on the incredible achievements, quality, success, diversity and commitment businesses have to the region and to the industry in which they operate.

The awards are one of the biggest events that the Hive Steering Group puts on each year and are designed to both raise the profile of local companies and really celebrate what businesses are doing both in terms of their own growth and success but also in how they are improving Blackburn with Darwen as a place to invest, work and live in.
